Combien de temps faut-il pour que ma commande arrive ?

Our packages typically take 5-10-13 business days to be delivered. We are an environmentally-conscious company that wants to help make the world a better place. As soon as we reach our minimum order quantity, we will ship all orders at once. We hope you understand this approach and are willing to help us make a difference.


How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number that will allow you to track your package online via our tracking page. Please also check your spam folder, as our emails can sometimes end up there. Please note that the tracking system may take a few business days to become active.

Some orders are shipped in multiple packages due to weight restrictions. To ensure product quality, items you have ordered may come from different suppliers. If you order multiple products at the same time, they may not all be delivered at the same time. Don't worry: your order is on its way. The rest of your order is usually delivered within 1-3 business days.


Que dois-je faire si je reçois un colis endommagé ?

It can unfortunately happen that your order is damaged during delivery. As a customer, there is nothing you can do to prevent this. In this case, please contact our customer service immediately at info@nobleparis.fr and attach photos of the damage to your email. Please do not return the item without having first provided these photos, as we may otherwise not be able to find a suitable solution for your situation. Our customer service will process your message as soon as possible and work with you to find the best solution.

It's already been 10 business days and I still haven't received my package — what should I do?

We are sorry for this setback. Have you checked the tracking code? Sometimes packages are held by customs. If so, please wait another 3 days. We apologize for the inconvenience, but in 99% of cases, the package is eventually delivered. Have you waited 10 business days plus an additional 3 days without receiving your package? In that case, please contact us and we will find a solution together.


Can I cancel or modify my order?

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that we cannot guarantee that changes will be possible once your order has been processed.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 30 days of receipt to arrange a refund or exchange.
