1. Delivery Zone We currently only deliver in France. Orders from other countries cannot be processed at this time.

2. Delivery Address Your order will be shipped to the delivery address provided during checkout. Please ensure all details are complete and correct, as incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in delays or returns.

3. Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. (Valid Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.) Orders received on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

4. Shipping Time Once processed, your order will be shipped from our logistics center. The average delivery time to France is:

8 to 12 business days (Monday–Friday)

5. Estimated Total Delivery Time The total delivery time includes:
